While GURNER™ has a pipeline of over $3.8 billion in projects under development, the team maintains a considered, measured approach to every project. GURNER™ values attention to detail and quality design over all else and always carry this detailed sensibility across all aspects of design and construction.
GURNER™ currently has 19 buildings under development across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, totalling over 5,700 apartments with an end value of more than $3.8 billion, and a number of new projects in the pipeline.
GURNER™ prides itself on its strict acquisition criteria and will never compromise on quality of location or access to amenity. Each site the team selects must sit within 1 – 3km of the CBD and boast an active café and nightlife culture. These sites must attract a demographic of residents aged between 25 – 40 and represent a sought-after location where people aspire to live. This approach ensures that whenever our clients purchase a GURNER™ apartment, they can be sure they are making a sound investment with the best possible potential for future capital growth and a stable rental income.
GURNER™ works with only the finest calibre of architects, designers and consultants across the globe to ensure each project sets a new benchmark for inner-city designer living in Australia.
GURNER™ was founded by Tim Gurner in early 2013 after a very successful period as a co-founder of Urban Inc., where he developed over 1300 apartments across 20 development sites, ranging from 17 townhouses to 250 apartments. Prior to this, Tim was a director and shareholder of Pan Urban, where his team delivered iconic Melbourne developments such as 401 St Kilda Road and A’Beckett Tower which won the Institute of Architects ‘Best Residential Project’ award in both 2009 and 2010.
Tim founded GURNER™ to take his projects national and to the next level, with a vision to create developments that would stand alongside some of the world’s most iconic buildings as a hallmark of timeless architecture and considered design.
