Regent Residences

Regent Residences was a $35 million development, comprising 54 apartments and ground floor retail which completely sold out. The development saw the transformation of one of Melbourne’s longest standing seafood restaurants, turning it into something their predecessors would be very proud of. Designed by Warren and Mahoney Architects on a site which ensured that the uninterrupted views to the City and East Melbourne would never be built out, Regent Residences will forever be a part of Richmond's city skyline. Construction was completed in January 2017.
