Skylofts

The design of Skylofts took on the previous "rough stone" and turned the inner-city gem of a site rightfully into a shining diamond. Given the task of turning an old derelict building into a shining light for Melbourne's CBD, Elenberg Fraser excelled at the challenge, creating a carefully considered masterpiece of 91 apartments, floating above the newly refurbished building below. All apartments in the $50 million development were sold within just twelve weeks. Skylofts Apartments were constructed by Team Building Group and completed in November 2013.
