401 St Kilda Road is a $55 million mixed-use development which features luxury apartments set atop a bustling café. The development set a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in Australia, with all 17 apartments being sold for over $2.5million. The building was designed by Elenberg Fraser and won several awards, including 'Best Residential Development’ in 2010 by the Institute of Architects and 'Best Residential' for South East Asia. The project completely sold out. Constructed by Probuild and completed in 2010.
