Plans for the 18,000sqm site, will breathe new life into South Yarra's iconic heart centre, both honouring and surpassing the site’s former glory to deliver a world-class mixed-use precinct unlike anything Australia has seen before. Inside the retained red brick heritage façade a vibrant new split-level public space will connect Chapel Street with a humming 24/7 retail, dining and entertainment destination through laneways, ending at the centre of the hub at an impressive amphitheatre.
