Tim Gurner has expanded his development activities in the booming Gold Coast apartment market after partnering with investment house MaxCap on the acquisition of a 1012 square metre site in Burleigh Heads.
The joint venture partners plan to develop a 22-storey apartment tower with 80 residences at 1929 Gold Coast Highway. The project is expected to have a $120 million end value.
